After last year’s major overhaul of the game’s 3D environments, “Pro Cycling Manager – Season 2011” moves the focus onto the race protagonists themselves: the riders. The 3D rider models are now a true reflection of the actual height and weight, giving broad range of rider builds. Bike geometries have, in turn, been adapted to these new rider physiques, and now a wide variety of frames and wheels are displayed.

The more like-like appearance of the riders is mirrored by more life-like behavior, brought about by improvements to the game AI and race physics. Riders can no longer pass through opponents, meaning that they must seek a true avoidance path to get past those who are to the side or to the front.

Sprint AI has been totally reworked, making the final kilometers of a race so much more exciting! Races have therefore become more compelling, but they have also become more pleasing to the eye as the umber of different 3D route files has been increased, providing a far greater variety of rich, detailed race settings.

The management part of “Pro Cycling Manager – Season 2011” has also received an overhaul thanks to an updated interface. Inside this new management GUI the player will have greater interaction with his team’s sponsors. This will enhance his role, but it will also bring greater pressure for results.

Finally, cherry on the cake, those who like to play online in multiplayer will be delighted to learn that the multiplayer client has been totally integrated in the game!
